What we collect

When you order or send a request, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone, delivery address, order details and any files you upload. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to make and deliver your order, reply to your requests, send mockups and quotes, and keep records we’re required to keep. We don’t sell your information.

Who we share it with

Our service providers, only as needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting and form submissions), Meta (advertising, see below), Microsoft Clarity (site analytics, see below), and delivery or shipping carriers.

Your bag

Your shopping bag is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it’s still there when you come back.

Text messages

If you send a request with your phone number, we may reply by text about your request. If you also tick the box to get texts, Lumor Crafted may text you your design link and updates about your order. Message frequency varies. Texts are optional. Consent isn’t required to get your design or to buy. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. We keep a record of when you agreed. We don’t share or sell your phone number or your consent to texts with anyone for their own marketing.

Email list

If you join our list for a first-order code, we use your email only to send new designs and offers from Lumor Crafted. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or just contact us.

Advertising

We use the Meta Pixel, a cookie from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. It records pages viewed and items added to the bag or bought, never your card details. When you place an order, send a request or join our list, our server also tells Meta about it, including your email, phone and name in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can match it to an ad you saw. You can turn this off in your Facebook ad settings or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Site analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use this site, through recordings of visits (clicks, taps, scrolling and pages viewed) and heatmaps, so we can fix what’s confusing. Anything you type into a form is hidden from these recordings. Clarity uses cookies; see Microsoft’s privacy statement. You can block it by blocking cookies in your browser.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us.
