Returns & custom products

Custom items

Every item is printed just for you. Because of that, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

If something is wrong

If your item arrives damaged, defective or printed differently from what you ordered or approved, contact us within 14 days of receiving it with a photo. We’ll reprint it or refund you, your choice.

Custom orders

Custom work is printed to the mockup you approve. Please check spelling, names and sizes carefully before approving. We can’t refund custom items for errors that were in an approved mockup.

Items you supply

When we print on an item you provide, we take care but can’t be responsible for items that react badly to heat or aren’t suitable for printing. We’ll always tell you first if something looks risky.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until we start printing your order. Contact us as soon as possible.
