Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it when payment goes through. Prices are in US dollars; taxes and delivery are shown at checkout.

Wedding t-shirts

You can order the bride’s t-shirt first and the rest of the wedding party’s later from your saved design. Each order is paid in full before printing. A $25 date hold paid before October 12, 2026 is credited toward your order.

Wedding cards

Each pack covers up to the number of households shown, with printing, addressing and standard US postage included; envelopes are optional and priced in the designer. You pay in full when you order, then send your guest list. You can change your design and guest list any time before we print. If your list grows past your pack, you move up to the next pack and pay the difference.

Custom items

Every item is printed for you. Colours on screen can differ slightly from fabric and ink. Turnaround times are estimates; we’ll tell you quickly about any delay.

Custom work and your content

When you send us names, text, logos or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they don’t infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline work we believe infringes a trademark or copyright, or that is hateful or unlawful.

Our designs

Lumor designs and mockups remain our property. Buying a product doesn’t transfer rights to reproduce the design. Custom artwork we create for you may be used on your order and its reorders.

Text messages

Lumor Crafted order texts. If you give us your phone number on an order request form, we may text you about your design, order and delivery, and reply to your questions. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at hello@lumorcrafted.com or (415) 735-1099. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

Liability

If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to reprinting or refunding the affected item.
